ACTS Governing council consists of members with diverse skills. The primary mandate of the Governing Council is to provide governance oversight in ensuring ACTS function to the highest standards to execute their mission.
In order to do this, the Governing Council has delegated the day-to-day management of the Centre to the Executive Director who is assisted by senior management teams that are actively working towards a single leadership team and unified policies, processes and systems. The Governing Council is made up of the following members:
College of Scholars
The college of scholar is a key organ of ACTS comprising esteemed scholars and thought leaders that is constituted in line with the organization founding Charter. The scholar provide advice, foresight in relation to leveraging science, technology and innovation for sustainable development strengthen the strategic direction of ACTS as a leading research and policy think tank, and knowledge and technology broker in Africa.
