ACTS Wins Award for Total Quality Management (Gold Category) from Business Initiative Directions (BID), a quality management assurance agency. The award ceremony took place at hotel Intercontinental Geneva, Switzerland.

ACTS was represented by our Executive Director Dr. Cosmas Ochieng who picked the award, the event was also attended by a few Geneva based diplomats.

We won the award based on the strength of our Strategic plan, which was cited for setting a benchmark in strategic planning and for its responsiveness to client/stakeholder needs (This citation is explicitly indicated on the Certificate).  Nominations for the Awards came from BID institutional members (who must make the case for specific aspects of exceptional quality displayed by the organization that they are nominating) and the final decision is made by an international panel selected by BID (Business Initiative Directions).
