Mesfin Fikre (PhD) has an interdisciplinary fields of studies (Management and IT). He has done his first degree in 2001 (Management, Jimma University), MSc in 2005 (Information Systems, Addis Ababa University), and PhD in 2016 (IT with specialization of Information Systems, Addis Ababa University).
Since 2005, I have been teaching and supervising both undergraduate and graduate level students. Beside this, I also engage in research, training, as well as consulting for industry. I publish my academic writings on reputable outlets like IEEE, Human computer interaction, and ACM. Earlier, I was interested on digital ecosystem platforms including mobile payments and banking. But, recently I developed interest in data analytics, business intelligence and the application of AI/ML in different domains.
