Moses Owidhi - ICT Officer


 

As an ICT Officer, Moses is responsible for managing servers, storage, network and key systems and services implemented at the centre. He also provides overall advice, guidance and unit coordination on information Technology related issues, in addition to liaising with service providers and vendors. Moses is also responsible for development, maintenance and update of ACTS, AfricaLics (African Network for Economics of Learning, Innovation and Competence Building Systems)EACIN  (East Africa Climate Innovation Network) and PISCES (Policy Innovation Systems for Clean Energy Security) websites.Moses holds Bachelors of Science degree in Information Technology from Multimedia University of Kenya. In addition he also holds diploma in computer studies (system analysis and Design).

He is part of the African Network for Economics of Learning, Innovation and Competence Building Systems (AfricaLics) Secretariat.

Programme/Project - AfricaLics Project

Prior to joining ACTS, he worked with US Embassy – Centers for Disease Control and prevention (CDC) as IT Support Technician.
